Where an Account is closed due to a breach, six5s may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable under any circumstances.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six5s holds its applicable operating licence. Where no specific jurisdiction is stated, international commercial law principles shall apply as appropriate.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting six5s customer support. Where the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is specified in the applicable licence conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt, six5s does not claim to be governed by Pakistani law, authorised by any Pakistani authority, or subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to its gambling operations. six5s reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14 above.
